Matuschka, Imgaginary Folklore

Not sure how others go about their creative process, but for me I have to figure out the story behind a product first. It has to be substantive and offers elements that one can connect to either on a visual, cultural, or even artistic level. It has to be personal.

Екатерина II Великая : Catherine the Great.

Matuscka - in Ink Pen, Markers, Rust,

This is one of the inspiration for Spring 2013 collections. Matuschka(Little Mother), Екатерина II Великая, Russian Iconoclast in gold leaves, and those imperial pearls! I have to get this out of my system before working on the bag designs.

Majestic and corpulent wear it like you own it, the Russian Glory.

Many of us buy products that represent who we are or the personality we wish to. be.
